ارزش تغذیه‌ای کود مرغی برای نشخوارکنندگان

چکیده

شرایط آب و هوایی خشک و نیمه خشک و همچنین کمبود منابع آبی در برخی کشورها منجر به کاهش کیفی و کمی برخی خوراک‌های دامی شده است. به منظور جبران این کمبودها، بهره برداری مناسب از پسماندها و تولیدات جانبی دامی یا کشاورزی به عنوان خوراک دام مانند کود مرغی، منجر به بهبود شرایط برای تولید محصولات دامی شده است. دستگاه گوارش چهار قسمتی نشخوارکنندگان و نیز هضم میکروبی در شکمبۀ آن‌ها، توانایی مصرف و هضم پسماندهای ارزان قیمت را امکان‌پذیر ساخته و به تبع آن باعث کاهش هزینه‌های خوراک در پرورش این حیوانات شده است. به علاوه، شایسته است تا از بقایا و پسماندهای کشاورزی حداکثر استفاده را در تغذیه این حیوانات انجام داد. ارزش تغذیه‌ای کود مرغی به عنوان خوراک دام بیشتر به دلیل محتوای پروتئین خام و مواد معدنی آن است. از این فرآورده به دلیل داشتن محتوی بالای پروتئین خام قابل تجزیه در شکمبه می‌توان به عنوان مکملی برای خوراک‌های با پروتئین کم استفاده کرد؛ همچنین به دلیل این که پروتئین گران قیمت‌ترین بخش خوراک است، کود مرغی یک منبع پروتئینی جایگزین مناسب بوده و قیمت تمام شدۀ جیره را کاهش می‌دهد.

چکیده [English]

Arid and semi-arid climatic conditions and lack of water resources in some countries have led to a decrease in the quantity and quality of some animal feed. To compensate for these deficiencies, proper utilization of livestock and agriculture by-products or residues as feed ingredients, for example, poultry bedding, has led to improved conditions for the production of livestock products. The four-section gastrointestinal tract of ruminants, and also the microbial digestion in their rumen, have enabled this livestock to consume and digest cheap waste products, which resulted in reducing feed costs in the rearing of these animals. Besides, it would be beneficial to maximize the use of agricultural residues in feeding these animals. The nutritional value of poultry bedding as a feed ingredient is mostly due to its high crude protein and mineral contents. Because of the high degradable crude protein content in the rumen, this by-product can be used as a potential supplement for low-protein feeds. Also, since protein is the most expensive component of animal feed, poultry bedding is a proper alternative to protein sources which reduces the overall feed costs.
