بز بوئر نژاد معروف گوشتی دنیا: تاریخچه پیدایش، عملکرد تولیدی و خصوصیات تولیدمثلی

چکیده

امروزه، افزایش جمعیت کره زمین، تغییر اقلیم و خشک‌سالی و کاهش میزان بارندگی و به‌تبع آن، منجر به کاهش مراتع و منابع طبیعی شده و جوامع انسانی را مجبور نموده است که تا حد امکان از گونه‌های دامی کم‌توقع و پرتولید برای تأمین احتیاجات غذایی روزمرۀ خود بهره گیرند. در این باره، گونۀ بز اهلی (Capra hircus) از جمله نشخوارکنندگان سبک می‌باشد که از نیاز آبی کمتر و مقاومت بالایی در برابر خشک‌سالی و کمبود خوراک نسبت به سایر گونه‌های دامی، برخوردار می‌باشد. با این‌ حال نگهداری بسیاری از نژادهای بومی علی‌رغم اهمیت اکوتوریسم و عادت‌پذیری بالا به محیط، مقرون به‌ صرفه نیست و این معضل سیاست‌گذاران بخش دامپروری را به بازکردن پای نژادهای خارجی پُر تولید، گاهاً بدون مطالعات و پیوست نگاری و پشتوانه علمی می‌کند. گام اول در تأیید مجوز واردات یک نژاد، شناخت جزئیات پرورشی و پتانسیل‌های تولیدی و تولیدمثلی و همچنین سازگاری آن با محیط جدید می‌باشد. در این راستا، کشورهای مختلفی در دنیا به واردات و برنامه‌ریزی اساسی برای اصلاح نژاد بز بوئر مبادرت نموده‌اند. بز بوئر یکی از نژادهای معروف تیپ گوشتی بزهای تجاری است که علاوه بر گوشت و لاشۀ مطلوب، دارای صفت چندقلوزایی و مقاومت بالا در برابر خشک‌سالی و نیز بیماری‌ها می‌باشد. در این مطالعۀ مروری، نویسندگان سعی دارند در یک نگاه بی‌طرفانه و در منظر اجمالی ضمن معرفی این نژاد به بررسی صفات و خصوصیات تولیدی و تولیدمثلی این نژاد با ارزش در جهان بپردازند و مخاطبان را با فرصت‌ها و بعضاً تهدیدات موجود در راستای این نژاد و ورود آن به کشور آشنا کنند.
