استفاده از محصولات فرعی صنعت کشاورزی در تغذیه دام و طیور

چکیده

با توجه به کمبود فعلی منابع خوراک، به خصوص کمبود منابع پروتئین خوراکی، تلاش برای توسعه و استفاده از منابع جدید خوراکی دائماً در حال انجام است. در صنعت کشاورزی و مواد غذایی در مراحل مختلف فرآیند تولید، میزان زیادی زباله مواد غذایی تولید می‌شود که یک بحران زیست محیطی عظیم ایجاد می‌کند. افزایش جمعیت جهانی و ارتقای استانداردهای زندگی در کشورهای در حال توسعه منجر به افزایش تقاضا برای غذا، به ویژه گوشت در سراسر جهان شده است. در حالی که افزایش تولید گوشت جوجه‌های گوشتی می‌تواند راه حل بالقوه‌ای برای این مشکل باشد، گوشت جوجه‌های گوشتی با نگرانی‌های بهداشتی مانند توسعه مقاومت ضد میکروبی و کیفیت پایین گوشت مواجه است. به همین دلیل، افزودنی غذایی طیور با ویتامین‌ها و ترکیبات آنتی اکسیدانی مانند پلی فنل‌ها به چشم انداز جذابی برای تحقیقات در این بخش تبدیل شده است. چنین افزودنی‌هایی را می‌توان با استخراج محصولات فرعی کشاورزی به‌ دست آورد، بنابراین به کاهش کل توده زیستی زباله تولید شده توسط صنعت کشاورزی کمک می‌کند.
