تغذیه طیور با بذر گیاهان دارویی و معطر

چکیده

در بیشتر موارد، کیفیت خوراک به میزان قابل توجهی به مواد مغذی و ترکیبات زیست فعال گیاه بستگی دارد. کیفیت گیاه و بذرهای آن توسط عوامل زیادی مانند روش‌های کشت و برداشت، کیفیت خاک، آب و هوا و فرآوری بذر تعیین می‌گردد. این عوامل از نظر ترکیب عناصر غذایی و مواد فعال بر محصول تأثیر می‌گذارد. گیاهان دارویی، دارای طیف وسیعی از ترکیبات زیست فعال هستند که به طور گسترده به عنوان مکمل‌های غذایی در تولیدات طیور مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند. به دلیل خواص غذایی و دارویی، اثرات مثبت زیادی بر عملکرد طیور دارند. فنول‌ها، فلاونوئیدها، تانن‌ها و اسانس‌ها در گیاهان مختلف یافته می‌شود که خواص متعددی در بدن طیور دارند و می‌توانند به عنوان تقویت‌کنندۀ گوارش و سلامت برای گونه‌های مختلف طیور عمل کنند. در نتیجه، نقش‌های متعددی در افزایش تولید و ایمنی طیور دارند. استفاده از گیاهان دارویی به عنوان جایگزین‌ آنتی‌بیوتیک‌ها اخیراً توجه زیادی را به خود جلب کرده است. از آنجایی که این گیاهان محصولات طبیعی هستند، مصرف‌کنندگان، آماده پذیرش استفاده از آن‌ها در جیره طیور می‌باشند.
