Due to the nutritional origin of hypocupremia, this kind of deficiency appears in a considerable number of the flock, and its undesirable effects on the flocks' health and lambing are extensive and cause the stockman to sustain a considerable loss. This deficiency in ruminants may occur in two forms primary and secondary. Primary hypocupremia develops as the result of subnormal feed intake of copper, whereas secondary hypocupremia depends on ration mix, which has negative effects on copper intake from feedstuff. Hypocupremia which often develops in animals naturally is of secondary type due to the presence of nutritional factors interfering with animals' copper intake process. The nutritional factors, such as Ferritin, molybdenum, and sulfide, interfere with copper metabolism; consequently, causing reproduction ability reduction, weak or dead lambs in ewes, and reduction of growth and function of lambs. In order to prevent hypocupremia, making use of inorganic lickable blocks, copper sustained-release tablets, dietary supplements as well as injection of copper compounds, particularly during the pregnancy period, can be influent. In the treatment field, the use of injectable copper compounds, cuprous oxide-contained tablets (sustained-release tablets), and copper-contained supplements are recommended. The present study investigated the significance of copper in sheep's metabolism, studied factors affective on hypocupremia and its influences on lambs' health and growth, as well as its diagnosis method in the fold, and finally, consider prevention alternatives and treatment.}, keywords = {Enzootic ataxia,Hypocupremia,minerals,sheep,Swayback}, title_fa = {بررسی اثرات کمبود مس، راهکارهای پیشگیری و درمان آن در گوسفند}, abstract_fa = {کمبود مس، نوعی از کمبود مواد معدنی در نشخوارکنندگان است که موجب بروز بیماری‌های مختلف بالینی و تحت بالینی، مانند آتاکسی انزئوتیک و پشت لرزان در بره‌ها، کاهش کیفیت پشم، کم‌خونی، ضعف سیستم ایمنی، اسهال، کاهش وزن و شکنندگی استخوان‌ها در گوسفند می‌شود. به دلیل منشأ تغذیه‌ای کمبود مس، این کمبود در تعداد زیادی از دام‌های گله بروز می‌کند که اثرات نامطلوب آن بر سلامتی دام و برّه‌زایی گسترده بوده و خسارات زیادی را برای دامداران به بار می‌آورد. این کمبود در نشخوارکنندگان ممکن است به دو صورت اولیه یا ثانویه رخ دهد؛ کمبود اولیه مس به دنبال مصرف مقادیر پایین‌تر از حد طبیعی از مس و کمبود ثانویه آن به ترکیبات جیرة غذایی که بر جذب مس از خوراک مصرفی اثر منفی می‌گذارند، بستگی دارد. اغلب موارد کمبود مس که به طور طبیعی در دام‌ها رخ می‌دهد، به علت حضور عوامل تغذیه‌ای تداخل‌کننده در فرآیند جذب مس توسط دام، از نوع ثانویه است. این فاکتورهای تغذیه‌ای از قبیل آهن، مولیبدنوم و سولفور در متابولیسم مس تداخل ایجاد کرده، و در نتیجه، باعث کاهش توانایی تولیدمثل در قوچ‌ها، تولید بره‌های ضعیف یا مرده در میش‌ها و کاهش رشد و عملکرد بره‌ها می‌شود. پیشگیری از بروز کمبود مس با استفاده از آجرهای لیسیدنی مواد معدنی، قرص آهسته رهش مس، مکمل‌های خوراکی و یا تزریق ترکیبات حاوی مس، به خصوص در دوران آبستنی، مؤثر می‌باشد. در بحث درمان نیز به استفاده از ترکیبات تزریقی مس، استفاده از قرص‌های حاوی ذرات اکسید مس (قرص آهسته رهش مس) و استفاده از مکمل‌های دارای مس پرداخته شده است. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی اهمیت عنصر مس در فرآیندهای بدن گوسفند، بررسی عوامل مؤثر در وقوع کمبود، تأثیر آن بر سلامتی و رشد بره‌ها، نحوۀ تشخیص آن در گله و بررسی راهکارهای پیشگیری و درمان مناسب می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {آتاکسی انزئوتیک,پشت لرزان,کمبود مس,گوسفند,مواد معدنی}, url = {https://domesticsj.ut.ac.ir/article_88052.html}, eprint = {https://domesticsj.ut.ac.ir/article_88052_b0decae9c00dc728e025f006d71c9df7.pdf} }
