The effect of large genes was one of the measures taken in this regard. Genes GDF9, BMP15, and BMPR-IB are members of the TGFβ (Transforming Growth Factorβ) family, which have a biologically active system that together constitutes a significant portion of the variance of the multi-breeding trait in sheep.GDF9 gene is autosomal and has an additive effect on ovulation rate, this gene on chromosome 5 only results in heterozygous ovulation and the homozygous genotype for this allele is sterile. The Growth Differentiation Factor (GDF) is called the Fec G. BMP15 gene is sex-linked and is located on the X chromosome. This gene belongs to the category of bone morphogenic protein (BMP) and called Fec X. booroola gene (BMPR-IB) or (ALK6) is autosomal and the first large gene was the effect reported on increased fertility and called Fec B.The study of BMP15 and GDF9 genes in Iranian sheep indicates the absence of large effector mutations that lead to sterility in the homozygous state.}, keywords = {Twins,Reproductive traits,chromosome,Heterozygous,Homozygous}, title_fa = {بررسی ژن‌های دو قلوزای GDF9 ، BMP15 و BMPR_1B در گوسفند}, abstract_fa = {در کشور ﻣﺎ ﻃﻲ دهه‌های اخیر مطالعات گسترده‌ای برای افزایش میزان بهره‌وری صفات تولیدمثلی گوسفندان در کشور انجام گرفته است. بررسی ژن‌های بزرگ اثر یکی از اقداماتی بود که در این راستا صورت گرفت. ژن‌های GDF9، BMP15، BMPR_1B ﺍﺯ ﺍﻋﻀﺎﻱ ﺧﺎﻧﻮﺍﺩﻩ ((TGF-β) (Transforming Growth Factor β  هستند که ﺍﺯ لحاظ بیولوژیکی دارای سیستم ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻲ ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. در کل این ژن‌ها ﺑﺨﺶ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﻲ ﺍﺯ ﻭﺍﺭﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﺻﻔﺖ ﭼﻨﺪﻗﻠﻮﺯﺍﻳﻲ ﺭﺍ در گوسفند تشکیل می‌دهند. ژن GDF9 اتوزومی بوده و دارای اثر افزایشی بر نرخ تخمک‌اندازی می‌باشد، این ژن بر روی کروموزوم شماره پنج فقط در حالت هتروزیگوت منجر به افزایش تخمک‌اندازی شده و ژنوتیپ هموزیگوت برای این آلل، عقیم می‌باشد. فاکتور متمایز کننده رشد (Growth Diffrenetiation Factor) GDF9 را با نام Fec G می‌خوانند. ژن BMP15 وابسته به جنس بوده و بر روی کروموزوم X  واقع شده است. این ژن جزء دسته پروتئین مورفوژنیک استخوانی (Bon Morphogenetic Protein) BMP‌ها می‌باشد و با نام Fec X شناخته می‌شود.  ژن بورولا (BMPR-1B) و یا (ALK6) اتوزومی بوده و نخستین ژن بزرگ اثری است ﻛﻪ در مورد افزایش میزان باروری گزارش داده شد و آن را Fec B  می‌نامند. ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ژن‌های BMP15 ﻭ GDF9 ﺩﺭ ﮔﻮﺳﻔﻨﺪﺍﻥ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻧﻲ ﻧﺸﺎﻥ‌ﺩﻫﻨﺪﻩ ﻋﺪﻡ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ جهش‌های بزرگ اثر ﻛﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﻫﻮﻣﻮﺯﻳﮕﻮﺕ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻘﻴﻤﻲ می‌گردد، می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {دو قلوزایی,صفات تولید مثلی,کروموزوم,هتروزیگوت,هموزیگوت}, url = {https://domesticsj.ut.ac.ir/article_76396.html}, eprint = {https://domesticsj.ut.ac.ir/article_76396_07057a5022fd57f7d2a02c7f40e106e2.pdf} }
